In the spirit of mother's day that is approaching, and the fact that it's throwback thursday, i am posting some vintage pictures (finally getting my photo albums together!) of two of the most important women in my life, my grandmother and my mother. Words cannot express how dear these women are to me, and loved these women are by me. They epitomize elegance, grace and warmth. So large hearted, to a fault even. They are my heart and soul and constantly inspire me to do better and be better.... and to look good while doing it. Or at least try. :-)

So happy mother's day to all mothers..and mothers to be! ;) (can't forget about us!), grandmothers, aunts(i feel like my nephew's mom sometimes. lol) ... with or without children... happy mother's day to ALL women who teach the babies! We are amazing, amazing beings, with this enormous capacity to love and thus, be loved. I salute you. And me. :-)
